Brave Mariners is a comprehensive, specialized electronic platform dedicated to restructuring and automating the maritime labor market in Syria. The core objective is to create a transparent and reliable digital environment that effectively connects qualified Syrian seafarers with local and international shipping companies through a modern, centralized database.
The platform is built on an advanced technical architecture to ensure data accuracy and reliability, offering powerful tools for both seafarers and companies:
1. For Seafarers (Seafarers Module):
The platform enables seafarers to create a detailed professional profile that serves as their complete career record. They can upload personal and professional data, official documents , CVs, and easily specify their current professional status (Available – Aboard a Vessel – Unavailable). The system also automatically updates their total maritime experience upon contract completion.
2. For Shipping Companies (Companies Module):
Brave Mariners provides companies with advanced tools to manage their vessels and crews. They gain full access to the seafarer database via a smart search engine that uses advanced filtering algorithms (e.g., rank, experience, vessel type, and previous companies). Companies can add seafarers to their crew or waiting lists and manage employment status.
3. Administrative and Technical Aspects:
The system is supported by a flexible Admin Panel for managing users, permissions, advertisements, and generating comprehensive statistical reports. Technically, the platform features a responsive design that works efficiently on all devices (Web & Mobile) , and high-level security using modern encryption protocols to ensure data protection and compliance.
The main goal of this project is to accelerate recruitment processes, enhance the efficiency of maritime HR management, and foster competitiveness and quality within the maritime sector.
